Michelle is a passionate and experienced cosmetologist with a deep love for all things beauty.  Born in the Bay Area, California and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Michelle began her professional career at the Polaris Career Center while still attending high school.  Her first job was at a JC Penney Salon, where she strengthened her skills and developed her passion for hairstyling.

Michelle would later expand her abilities at a local well-established salon and spa—specialized in creative cuts, vibrant colors, Brazilian blowouts, extensions as well as bridal hair and makeup.  In that season, she expanded into new territory, collaborating with photographers and local businesses on creative photoshoots. She found a great joy in being a part of turning a creative concept into a beautiful work of art!

Pulled to evolve, Michelle moved to New York City to receive priceless experience working on set with fashion photographers, models and rising creatives.  She would later move to Redding, California to continue building her career in a salon setting while collaborating at photoshoots for local magazines.  It was during this time, Michelle opened her very own salon, C’est La Vie Salon—where she incorporated one-on-one education for hairstylists and hosting makeup classes. 

Having over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Michelle has cultivated a passion for teaching, equipping and upliftg other beauty professionals and clients.   Michelle is thrilled to further share her knowledge and expertise through online and in-person education as an Educator for Dreamcatchers and Matrix.  Services at salon and in-house appointments are welcome.
